I've searched the forums for this, and can't seem to find anything similar. What I'd like to be able to do with Help Desk is when a new Log entry is posted, BOTH the requestor and assignee get an email confirmation that it's been posted, regardless of who posts the log.
So for example:
1) REQUESTOR posts a new log entry, and BOTH people get an email confirmation
2) ASSIGNEE posts a new log entry, and BOTH people get an email confirmation.
Is this curently possible? If not, how hard would it be to modify the code to make this happen? Our problem is that we can't expect a client to log into the Help Desk every day to see if we've posted an update on their support ticket.
