View Full Version : Cant create new ticket

Hi all.
Im strarting to play with dotproject and Ive got sone question that I havent found on inet
I cant create new ticket. I have some projects created in Status In Planning and In Progress, some companies but when I am trying to create new ticket, I cant choose Project, just Company, byt Project is blank.
How can I do that?
Btw: Does everyone in this version has problem to create new company?
Fiedl Description has to be filled...

Version of dotproject is 2.1-rc2

Ditto here. I have a company defined, a project defined, but when I go to a new ticket, it asks for a company, and then a project, the project drop down list is blank, even after I've select a company.

I actually created two companies, with two projects, ine which was "in planning" and the other "in progress" to see if was a state issue.

It looks like the ticket section isn't loading in the project info when it needs to.

I encountered this issue as well.

However, in this case, check to see if you have tasks assigned to the projects. I've found that projects with no tasks are not available in the ticket entry list, for whatever reasons.

I experience the exact same thing. I just think that specially for projects with status "completed", there has to be a ticket reporting an error first before a task is assigned to implement corrections

After attempting to create a ticket on the demo site I get this in the heading.

Unknown column 'ticket_company' in 'field list'
