Hi,
I am new to dotProject and am creating a project (no kidding ;) ).
Being structured, I want to group various tasks into logical groups, i.e. setup, administration, development, tests, etc.
I started of by making tasks and adding child tasks to these. Unfortunately this does not work as the "parent task" does not get updated. I have attached a screenshot of my problem.

As you can see the "Project Management" is a parent task and incorporates "Setup", "Remote Access" and "Maintenance". "Setup" and "Remote Access" are finished after 1h each, but "Maintenance" will take 10h over the course of the project. So, Although the sum should be 12h, dotProject only shows 1h.
Same goes for the percentage of completion.
I can - however - make the "parent task" dynamic but then it cannot depend on another task ...
What am I doing wrong?
Kind regards
Roland
