Can somebody assist me, how to create permission template in 2.0.4 as , i dont see an option there?

In dotProject what you're calling a Permission Template is called a ROLE. Go to System Admin - USER ROLES where you can create a new ROLE (or use one of the default roles) to create a set of permissions. Then, you can assign users to that ROLE and they will inherit the permissions that you defined earlier.

Thanks a lot for the help, now i have created new roles as per required. It is now so easy to add users with desired permissions
