Hi yesterday I installed DP 1.0.2 successfully at my ISPs site. Subsequently I tried to install the helpdesk 0.2 (helpdesk_20040507.zip from dP mods).

I went to System Admin in DP installed, activated and made helpdesk "visible" in the DP menu. I discovered however 2 strange problems:

1) I receive the following strange warning message by pressing the "configure" for helpdesk in the Module administration: "Warning: main (./modules/companies/configure.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/mysite.xxx/html/dotproject/index.php on line 224". This is strange because there are no configure.php file in the "companies" folder

2) I also get a very strange link by trying to access the helpdesk through the DP main menu (http://mysite.xxx/dotproject/index.php?m=helpdesk). The site jumps to DP mods CVS log at Sourceforge.net outside of DP...?

"CVS log for dotmods/helpdesk/helpdesk.class.php
ViewCVS and CVS Help
Up to [cvs] / dotmods / helpdesk / helpdesk.class.php
Request diff between arbitrary revisions
…..
….."

Any Ideas about what goes wrong here. DP in it self works fine, except the installed helpdesk

Wow. I have no idea what going on there.

Try pulling a build from the dotmods CVS and see if that resolves your issues...

Wow was also my first remark ;-)

I tried to download the latest from CVS. Now I get the error message:

Module does not have a valid setup class defined

when I try to install it through the module setup

Any idea..

Make sure that all of the files for HelpDesk have been extracted into the /modules/helpdesk directory.
