User Pics

I was looking at the User table and i noticed a column called user_pic.
However, i cannot find where this column gets its values entered in dotProject. I inserted a pic from the database, and then tried to see if it was displayed anywhere in dotProject, but couldn't find it. I was just wondering if it had a purpose at all, or is it something that is to be implemented later on? :?:

Nobody spend hours trying to answer this question, it is not something urgent...just wondering...
