Change default user access to items

Hi,

I read somewhere on the forum that it is possible to deny access for all items as default. That it much better rather then allow all items as default. I need to change the code for that. Does someone know what I need to change?

1) Create a role without permissions.
2) Now go to your users and remove all their permissions and roles.
3) Add our 1) role
