What happened with the RMS module?

Hi, my name is Sebastián, I'm from Argentina. My english isn't very good so I hope I make my ideas clear.
I'm a QA from a sowfware develpment company, we've just begun implementing CMMI. We started working in the requirement management process area, and I would like to adapt dotProject to the requirement management. So I'd like to help you with the development of this module.
