I submited an email to support@mydomain and it generated ticket #1. I than replied using the webpage as an employee. When the customer (me) replied using a regular email client, the server sent back another email saying my reply had been logged. But the email it sent back listed the ticket as #3. If i reply again and again, it keeps incrementing up and up.. Even though it does actually log the reply in ticket #1. It seems to increment by 2. I assume the other # is the employee reply.
