User tasks gantt charts

Hi,

Great product :-)

There is however one thing which we require........

Co-workers and myself work on various projects at a time. We need a quick visual way of identifing cross project tasks that are being worked of by individual users.
In short I want to be able to provide a gantt chart displaying all the tasks involving a single user, never mind what project the tasks are attached to...

Has anyone solved this problem?

There is some work going on towards this...
It will probably be done for dP 3.
If it is available before, will be by either sponsoring, or ... luck

I need this like now, if I am to convince my employer/co-workers to use dotProject.....

Is there any timescale for version 3?

I could have a go with doing the mods myself but ideally don't want to do down that route (problems with future upgrades etc.).
