i've got a small mailing company, and we have 50 jobs per month. each job has many of the same components, like receiveing an address list, receiving the mailpiece, getting the postage, then addressing, delivery to the post office, and invoicing.
Since many things repeat themselves (a hundred or a thousand times over a year), I'd like to import small groups of tasks, using one or multiple import commands. It appears that if a project has no tasks assigned, you can import the tasks from another project. I'd like to add tasks a second or third time.
is this possible? it would save me the work of creating dozens of variations of identical tasks.
Also, the import function seems to "lose" information regarding who is responsible for the task. is this correct?
thanks!
