Does anybody know of a way to track and report on project issues? TicketSmith doesn't associate tickets with projects (I see that ap99ap has made that change), and if you make a log a problem, once it is resolved you don't know that it was an issue again.

Ideally it would be nice if you could log issues on projects & tasks with the ability to close & reopen them and a full audit trail for reporting. I would like to be able to produce a weekly status report by project of open and resolved issues.

Is there a way to currently do this that I am missing?

Sorry, I don't use those functions, but Helpdesk may be what you're looking for.
It seems to be very well liked by those who do use it. I'm not sure if its ready for DP 2.0, its on the Dotmods site a SF.
Also read around here in the forums, there is talk of integrating a third party program.
