We have users spread out all over the world, so all our systems are set to use UTC time. This confuses a lot of our users trying to keep track of scheduling and doing time conversions in their heads. It would be a big help timestamps could be converted on a per-profile basis for each user when displayed. This would probably take a lot of work though if everything is hard-coded to display the system time.
This might be easier if we could at least configure working hours on a per-user basis. Keeping the time set to UTC, but allowing us to adjust others' working hours would be a big help and might take less work.
