Upgrade from v1.0.2 to 2.0.1, can't login after upgrade

I am trying to upgrade dotproject from 1.0.2 to 2.0.1. Since the existing project has lots of data in it, when I try to run database upgrade, it gives me lots of errors. Then I tried to manually run each upgrade sql script from the DB folder. Finally I ran all the upgrade sql scripts. But I can't login to the upgraded new system using old username/password or the admin/passwd (After I upgraded the souce code and manually upgrade the database).

Can someone give some help?

There is also an upgrade to permissions to do see db\upgrade_permissions.php.
Done that?
Attention: It has a protection not to be run directly.
