needed help with accents!!!

this is my first post, so excuse my dumbness:
.....request your help boyz to display correctly accents in spanish, i've also installed spanish language pack but it seems doesn't work correctly, i mean
dispalying â or ê instead of á.é and so on , so i need info bout the way to change and solve this trough code coding options or dotproject files to configure them if they exist.
any info in hat sense will be helpfull....

Bom dia!!!
Muito obrigado. Eu som da galicia. Mesmo somos vecinhos. Apriquei os cambios tal como vc diz e funcionou tudo bom. :-D

Mais tiver outro problema, cando eu loggeo no dotproject o index.php aparece no addresbar o valor das variables devoltas pelo array do log fican co valor do log(son correctas) mais o index.php aprece mesmo en branco. Se voce tem ideia de como facer pra
arranxar isto ficaria gostoso. Obrigado pela sua axuda de tuda sorte.

Al cargar la página index.php la página aparece en blanco, si le quito del addresbar index.php loggeo en la pagina lo que significa que no pierdo el valor de login y password de las variables, pero por asi decirlo no carga la pagina index.php, le tengo que quitar index.php para que asi me deje loggear.

Ese es mi problema, por lo demas todo bien....

Se mirares en docs/check.php que tienes en root_dir?
Me parece que és un problema de configuracion em includes/config.php o entonces un problema de sessions en php.ini, pero estoi inclinado para que sea la primera.
