Installed project but it fails to login

During the installation I have come through some steps (installed db and config file). And then stopped on page "Login and Configure the dotProject System Environment". It gave login and pwd but I can't navigate with this link. (Link is incorrect: http://localhost:8080/dotProject/index.php?m=system&a=systemconfig)
Maybe someone saw this problem before?

Why is the link incorrect? What should it be? What errors do you get?

I expected to see Login page or something like this, but instead of it I observe "Page not found" page. Now I have no idea what I to do to get to this Login page.

So if you just point your browser to the dotproject directory, do you get a Login? If so, then login and go to System Admin page and choose System Configuration. If not, report back.
