PHP in CGI Mode on Apache will not work.
Symptoms - missing Javascript files resulting in adding or editing of tasks not working, tabs not working in add edit screen. Some people have also reported problems logging in that are related to this problem.
This has been resolved in the CVS and will be available at the next bug-fix release (2.0.1). There is a patch attached to this bug report:

Check the contents of the archive and BACKUP THE FILES IF YOU ARE UNSURE.
Unpack the patch file in your dotproject directory.
